Warranty & Return Policy
Mater Made offers a 2 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear - including but not limited to misuse or accidental impacts, chipping of crystal, scratching or wearing of PVD coatings, scratches or blemishes outside of everyday wear.
- Unauthorized repair or modification work done outside our authorized service centers, opening watch case back, and/or adjustment to movement.
- Water infiltration or damage in watch due to failure to secure screw-down crown or exposure of watch to depths exceeding rated water-resistance.
- Damage done to bracelets, straps or accessories.
PRE ORDER POLICY
Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable and can be applied only for store credit. The stated deposit is required at checkout to reserve your pre-ordered watch. You will receive an email for the remaining balance once production is complete and the units are ready for shipment.
From the production completion email, you will be responsible to complete the full purchase price balance. You have 45 days to complete the full purchase price. After 45 days you forfeit your deposit and your watch will be put back into our inventory for resale.
RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange any item in its original condition and with its original packaging, as long as we are notified via email within 48 hours of you receiving the item(s). You can choose from a full store credit of your purchase price to exchange for another in stock item minus shipping or a full refund minus shipping charges.
- All items and packaging must be undamaged. Plastic covering must be included in watch return. Watches must be unworn, and bracelets must not be resized.
- Any watch received with damage, wear, or any signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Demo and pre-owned units are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Mater Made Watches purchased from other retailers or other online stores are not eligible for return or exchange.
- You may exchange your item for anything in our store that is currently in stock and either pay the cost difference or if you are exchanging for a less expensive item, you will have the difference in cost to use as a store credit.
- Item(s) must be received within 2 weeks of notice to be eligible for refund or exchange.
Every returned watch is thoroughly inspected by our team. If the products do not meet any of the above requirements, it will not be eligible for a return.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Please note that international shipments are subject to customs taxes/duties as charged by your country (there are no US customs fees). The customer is responsible for payment of these fees.
